If you understand the song reference in my headline then we're off to a great start.
I've been mostly inactive on here for the past 18 months, for reasons we can get into at a later time. Currently I am just looking to meet some funny, open minded, genuine women for a friendship. If it doesn't start as friends, then it will never go anywhere. :)
I am a teacher and I love what I do for a living. My students mean the world to me. I am a sports and music enthusiast: Niners, Giants, Cal Bears, Reggae, Rock, Hip-hop and some Pop.
Being physically and mentally fit are VERY important to me. I've recently started Crossfit and I've done all the home P90X/Insanity programs several times. I find this to be very challenging because I LOVE FOOD! And not just the healthy stuff. I do my best to avoid the fast food and eat healthier options.
Mental fitness comes from reading or at least learning about the world beyond American Idol and Sportscenter. I do enjoy reading and learning about the world around me, but I am not necessarily a nerd. Okay, maybe I am. But a cool nerd. Along with sports, fitness and music, I am equally passionate about politics and economics.
And boy can I talk. I'm the product of an Italian mother, so I love to talk and speak passionately about those things I value in my life.
