I was thinking about you and I have to say that you truly are an angel to me. Your beautiful eyes captivate me and hold me within them; I am so lost in them whenever you look at me in that way. I so love your passion for life. You are full of laughter and just the sound of your laugh makes me smile. I love how we can talk for hours just because. Sorry, there are a lot of late nights as we get to know each other. Where does the time go??? haha I will think of you every time I feel a yawn coming.
Our moments are so special. Your gentle manner, your passionate strong spirit is so perfect a balance to my own which is full of passion for life, fire and playfulness. I think it is so amazing the way that we both take so much pleasure in everything about each other. Every new thing I discover in you seems to make me fall that much more in love with you.
I am sorry that I am such a testa dura at times, but honestly it is only about things that really matter like fairness to others. Even my dad would say "God bless the man that has to deal with you when you are stubborn". It is not often that I am though. I love your self assurance. You have a wonderful, quiet confidence that draws me in. As much as I like how playful we are together, I truly love your depth. Being able to reach in and talk about the things that really make us who we are is not something that everyone can do but I appreciate your trust with me. I have always avoided those that are argumentative. I like that you realize it is ok to disagree sometimes and that sometimes you just need to let yourself calm down or gather your thoughts before talking about it again.
I probably should not say this on here, but let's face it.. chemistry is important for any couple and we.. have it... as in through the roof!! You surprise me with your romantic nature. The little things that you do and say to make my day better just because are things that I treasure so very dearly. Yes, flowers are nice but they are expensive, so a sticky note on my coffee mug as a surprise in the morning means so much. Thank you for showing me how much you love me - you know that I give you all of my heart too. I know that our love is amazing and I love that you are mature enough to realize that we don't need to "complete" each other, nor be each others' "other half". I am a complete person but I love that we both tend to bring out the best in each other. I feel like you enhance who I am as I do the same with you.
I love your touch and the way you smell drives me crazy just thinking of it.. your lips are perfect.. I love the way that you sleep with me tucked in your arms as you kiss my head at night. Oooh how I love the way that you make every bit of intimacy a thing to treasure. First Date
What I really don't want is to meet you for a coffee; I think that it is an impersonal and cold place to meet someone with people in and out and up and down, conversations buzzing around you, or worse.. Imagine this!!! all the tables taken only by one patron each and you are the only two meeting for the first time. I don't know about you.. but I am a bit shy when I meet someone and to me, meeting for a coffee spells disaster brewing!
How about a walk, or ice cream? How about anywhere but for a coffee!
Oh and before you go - here is a story that I must share with you!!!
I was on the elevator last week and there were a few people there. This woman sighs with a smile and looking up aimlessly at the floor number indicator said "TGIF".
A good looking guy that I was looking half at in the periforal vision kind of way looked at her and smiled in a**** way and said "S.H.I.T.". She looked at him directly like he was the total retard that he was for not getting it and said "TGIF... THank God it's Friday........"
Then a great big smile from mister handsome with all the co*kiness in the world and says "S.H.I.T. ......... Sorry honey... it's Thursday"
Ok - I know.. but it is the only joke I have remembered and can tell for years now!!!!

Smile at me and let me know how delighted you are, as I am obviously with you.. I would like to laugh, have conversation that comes easily, be excited to be with you. Desert is always good in a relaxed environment. Gives you some time to get to know each other and a polite bowing out if things just are not there for the two of you. (well that is what my best friend taught me before our first date - as he was driving to meet me - lol)
ps - Please respect that we all have our own comfort zones when it comes to timing. I do NOT rush into meeting someone to "see if there is chemistry" Frankly meeting someone after a week of a few emails is frivolous in my opinion. But that is my opinion, that is my comfort zone - if it is not yours to meet quickly, I completely respect that and would ask that you respect my choice of taking my time. Thank you :)
It is never easy to find a good match and I am very comfortable with that. I really do believe that it is a needle in the haystack. Perhaps it will never happen, but I would live better without it than to find and try to make something else work. I think you understand what I am saying.
