About Me
I'm a father of 2 boys (twins aged 15). Though they live with their mom, I see them a lot after school and during school vacations. We are avid readers and also love to play games like hearts, chess and backgammon.
I'm retired. I played Mr. Mom for a few years before separating and enjoyed it too much to worry about the lost camaraderie and cash provided by work. As the boys are with me less and less, I've considered a return but I don't really think that's going to happen. I just don't have time!
I love to hike and cycle and love the beach in the summertime. Can't get enough of Kits Pool! My favourite hobbies are poker and golf. I'm at the gym most days, trying vainly to ward off father time. I also like to cook and discuss current events.
I'm a fan of musicals and plays and the odd movie still made that has an actual story (excepting James Bond, of course!). I do enjoy classic rock some jazz and blues, though I confess to not having updated my IPOD in years.
I have a rather dry sense of humour. I love good jokes though and there's just nothing like a good belly laugh! For the most part, I'm stress free and always on the lookout for the lighter side.
