i love sports i play hockey on two beer league teams, i love snowboarding, doing the grouse grind. i ride my bike to work, im an amature boxer, and i recently also took up kickboxing, and pankration (old style mma) i like all music tho i have never been to a concert, acdc mettallica and wutang clan are my favourite bands .i have a large family, i love dogs, i like to think im a really good cook, i make a mean spaghetti, thanksgiving dinner is probley my favourite night of the year. i love being outdoors, camping, hiking, jogging, hackysac at the beach always good times :)
Im 2008 bc golden gloves champ, 2010 can/am muay Thai champ
right now im a journeyman carpenter, but im planning on making the switch to personal trainer and boxing coach this year
