I am sensual journeyman on the road of life. I enjoy existing in my abode, and ventureing out on long expeditions. Sauntering and pondering existential quandries are some of my favourite activities.In time I hope to own a successful buisness, specializing in activities pertaining to the enjoyment of life, potentially I will publish a magazine. My musical tastes are varying and odd, LFO Summer Girls is a frequent stop, but so is Mr. Big with any of their hits. I would say I'm a rugged outdoorsy sort of Gentleman, but I dress with distaste for current trends. I'm just as likely to wear a plaid shirt, and coudoroy jacket, as I am tight black pants, a flamboyant pink shirt, and a leather jacket.
One day I wrote her name upon the strand,
But came the waves and washèd it away:
Again I wrote it with a second hand,
But came the tide and made my pains his prey.
Vain man (said she) that dost in vain assay
A mortal thing so to immortalise;
For I myself shall like to this decay,
And eke my name be wipèd out likewise.
Not so (quod I); let baser things devise
To die in dust, but you shall live by fame;
My verse your virtues rare shall eternise,
And in the heavens write your glorious name:
Where, when as Death shall all the world subdue,
Our love shall live, and later life renew
I'd say if I had to discribe myself in one word, it would have to be... sensual. I love to experience the world and all it has to offer through direct contact. I'll take my time to enjoy the smaller things in life, and offer them the same courtesy as I would a speeding bus. I'll loose interest in something in a second, or pursue my goals till I rot away to nothing. I like to go out wandering aimlessly at night, or day, but I'll go for hours at a time, and do nothing but think. Come with me and we'll talk about anything to the rocks in concrete to the colour of a leaf, all the way to the limits of human imagination on the physical construct of the universe. I love to explore and hear new concepts on the impossible, and I'll keep dreaming for them all to come true till the day I die. Think of me like a poet artist, without brushes and paints, but with the abstract concept of time as my canvas.
Keep it light and breazy, maybe go for a walk, check out some weird little local restaurant, or grab a coffee at tims, get to know whoever I'm with, then the skys the limit... and by that I mean whatever the limit of my small college lifestyles cash can handle.
