About Me
I am back to try this again, although I am not sure why. I have had no luck in the past and am beginning to think that I am destined to remain single. Please don't consider this as me feeling sorry for myself, or looking for sympathy. Sometimes things happen for a reason and eventually we find out why.
About me: I like the warm weather and the occasional humidity. September this year was fantastic. Warm enough to dress in shorts or jeans, shirt sleeves or light weight jacket. I enjoy watching thunderstorms, standing on the porch watching the lightening flash, and the rain beat down. I love barbequing. Truth be told, without the barbeque I would probably be 20 lbs. less than I weigh today. Good thing I exercise otherwise I'd be in trouble.
I enjoy most sports. Soccer is by far my favourite, and volleyball a close second. I play both although injuries to both ankles and a knee have now limited my participation. I stay involved as a rep soccer coach, although I have decided to take a season off to focus more on other things that have taken a backseat. I curl at least once a year and have dabbled in golf. I have the clubs but haven't hit a ball in years.
I am just completing a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and am excited about a career change. It has been a challenge but definitely worth the time and effort.
I am looking for someone to potentially develop a relationship with. We should start as friends and then see where things lead. This minimizes the pressure on both of us to "jump right in". I would like meet someone who is comfortable with my friends (as I will be with yours) or who is happy to cuddle by the fireplace and watch a movie.
