Thanks for checking out my profile. I recently moved to Montclair from the Boston MA area and just looking to meet/talk to some new people. I'm a pretty social guy so not knowing many people plus working a lot isn't a recipe for success when it comes to a social life. I'm only looking for friends at this piont. In my experience, it's the best way to determine if a long term relationship is possible. Plus I don't know many people down here so....you get the point.
A little about me......just got promoted!!!!! Hence, the move. I'm really excited. I work very hard and sometime long hours so.....when I have time I like to have fun going out for a couple drinks, play sports (any and all) gym, running, the normal stuff. Really getting into hiking....did a 2 week/150 mile hike for charity recently. Yes I'm a little crazy. When I commit to something, I go all out.
I work really hard but I truly believe in work/personal life balance. I love/need to have fun/relax just as much as I need to work hard.....it gives me a sense of accomplishment. I also need to be around positive people (I try) who love to laugh and can have fun doing anything from staying in watching a movie, grabbing drinks, giong to a show, a musuem....anything.
It doesn't matter how I describe myself in this profile...the depths of me can only really be ascertained by experience....you'll be pleasantly surprised. If you judge me, I'll probably do something the complete opposite of what you expected....maybe even to just prove a point.
Why are there so many girls that are nanny's???? SOunds like a booming industry.
It would certainly depend on the chemistry. Starting off with either a drink somewhere I think is a good idea....just to get the initial meeting/awkwardness over with. If we "click" (cliche I know) then maybe a hike/walk if it's nice out or something fun like Dave+Busters or mini golf. I can come up with a million idea's depending on what you like or it can be a group decision.
And believe me, I can afford to take you out anywhere I want....but I'm not going to take you on a fricken helicopter ride (or some other extravagent date example) before I even know you. We'll save that for later on.
