I'm kind, considerate and thoughtful and am seeking same in potential partner. I love to travel and learn about the culture of the country that I'm visiting. I enjoy exploring Ottawa, checking out the touristy sites and taking in the various activities/festivals/shows that this city has to offer. I like meeting new people and make great efforts to remain in contact w/ friends who reside all over the world. Family is important to me: past, present and future.
I consider myself to be adventurous and like to be introduced to new things. I tried out CrossFit for 8 months in 2011 and finished up mid-December. Now I go to the Athletic Club 4-5 days a week and maintain an eating clean/Paleo lifestyle. I was on a Dragonboat team summer 2011 for two months which was lots of fun. I keep myself busy in my spare time and I don't watch TV (and I don't have cable). I like watching a movie every now and then, although this is more enjoyable with someone else. ;)
I like various types of music: dance, metal, pop, classical, and can certainly exist in a world without country, jazz or blues. Sorry - no jazz fest for me, but I do go to the Bluesfest in order to hear the other bands like, KISS, Great Big Sea, etc.
Not a big lover of watching sports, so while you're off with your friends doing so, I'll be busy doing other things. :)
Education, politeness and thoughtfulness are important to me. I'm looking to meet someone who is goal-oriented and caring.
I am taking a course online at Algonquin College starting Jan. 13th for the whole semester so will most likely have to dedicate 2-3 evenings a week to that - in case this is important to you for any reason.
