First date? Call me a realistic optimist! I prefer just getting to know you by spending time together doing almost anything except attending an interview (grin). Let's test the chemistry: share a photo, perhaps exchange an email or two or chat a bit, meet by getting out and doing something together, and then see where it goes from there.
