Hi guys. Right now my focus in life is on getting to a healthy weight and eventually training for a half marathon. Currently, I walk/jog 4 to 6 miles on most days (3 in the morning, 3 at night). A couple years ago I was injured and unable to ride motocross since then. I could ride now, but I ended up gaining like 70 pounds in one year. In June, I weighed 289. I now weigh 220 and will keep going down. I have studied nutrition and fitness for years, so if you have any questions or would like any feedback, feel free to hit me up. I was also a success coach for 4 years, but that seems like a lifetime ago. I have degrees in criminal justice and psychology.
If the site would let me, I would upload pictures of the trout I caught when camping near Sage Hen this summer, and of course of my dog! :)
