Hi guys. Right now my focus in life is on getting to a healthy weight and eventually training for a half marathon. Currently, I walk/jog 4 to 6 miles on most days (3 in the morning, 3 at night). A couple years ago I was injured and unable to ride motocross since then. I could ride now, but I ended up gaining like 70 pounds in one year. In June, I weighed 289. I now weigh 262 and will keep going down. Have you read Tim Ferris' 4HB (4 hour body)? He has a lot of good information in there and experiments I want to try. I started his SCD (slow carb diet) and am in a weight loss competition on www.lightenupnashua.com . It ends Aug. 30, and I want to win! I am currently 3rd in the women's standings with 8.28% weight loss. The 2 above me are at 8.84. I've got 2 weeks to make a comeback and blow them away. I will do whatever I can! I have studied nutrition and fitness for years, so if you have any questions or would like any feedback, feel free to hit me up. I was also a success coach for 4 years, but that seems like a lifetime ago. I have degrees in criminal justice and psychology.
If the site would let me, I would upload pictures of the trout I caught when camping near Sage Hen this summer, and of course of my dog! :)
