About Me
I work as a counselor at both the high school and college level. I really enjoy listening to people and helping them find what they really want--but I won't tell anyone what they "should" do. Each individual knows the best path for their sitution, and my job is to help them discover that path. I think I am a kind person, concerned about others and the welfare of the planet. I serve on a board managing a local environmental research center and a professional counseling association.
Hobbies? Rescue animals, running, reading voraciously, and my National Wildlife certified yard. I expand my wildflower garden annually with the hopes that someday I won't have to mow. Love all kinds of music (not so much country) and am planning to learn to play the mandolin I got for Christmas.
