First Date
Comfortable conversations first plus gut feel will narrow down the options. A generic coffee is safe. Dinner and dancing is more risky. Brunch is nice because you can extend it into the rest of the day, or end it gracefully if desired. Then again, if you wish to fly to Barcelona for tapas in your private jet, I could be convinced of that too!
