About Me
I'm probably the most friendly, unique and interesting guy you'll ever meet. I have a really wide range of interests, indoors and out. I'm a jack of all trades, and a master of few. I like everyone, and because of that trust the wrong people sometimes. I'm active outdoors, and do things that most people don't get to experience or are too afraid to.
In addition to being passionate about everything I put my time and effort into, I strive to better myself physically, emotionally and spiritually. I'm a believer in the school of common sense, and I love learning... especially from other people's life experiences, but sometimes the best way I learn is from my own experiences (and mistakes).
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention to arrive safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming 'WOW! What a ride!' I don't conform to the norm of society... In fact, I like to somewhat passively rebel against what we are all brainwashed to do (the 9-5 rut for 40 years, then retiring HOPEFULLY with your health). If your immediate goals in life consist of getting a good job, getting married, having kids, and settling down, then thats cool... whatever makes you happy. Everyone has their own dreams and their own ideas of happiness, but I dare to be different... if you want to find out more, ask me! ;)
This website is such a meat-market and makes it very easy to pass up someone amazing because of something superficial. I'm not looking for a barbie or someone who isn't comfortable in their own shoes. I like to expose people to all the things I do, but am also looking for someone who can introduce me to a few new things. I would like to meet a girl with the personality of an east coaster, the looks and charm of a nice southern girl, the outgoingness of a west coaster, and as laidback as a northerner. Someone who's mature as well as intelligent, and who's ready to move past the bad boy phase of guys who treat women like crap.
