A: Salmon-chanted evening.
Aside from my interests listed above, I am romantic enough to wish for "love at first sight" but realistic enough to know developing a solid friendship between any 2 people requires effort; patience and tolerance. If you find reading all this is too tedious, That's ok, thanks & good luck!
Cooking is a hobby for me and its more fun in the kitchen with two.
Enjoying the book, Me, the Mob, and the Music: One Helluva Ride with Tommy James & The Shondells
Music preferences are classic rock, big band, reggae, blues, Motown or just about anything but not so much country/western. I love music and happy to participate in anything to do with music, be it dancing (prefer slow) or karaoke (if YOU sing), played live, either outdoors (summner festivals) or inside (concerts or the local pub).
Currently working full time but hoping to retire where its warm (this can be a compromise, too.) Although I have not been back to visit Florida in awhile, love just about any place there!
(I was hoping with my next move I would find myself amidst palm trees and lapping waves, alas, no, but the next best thing is somewhere in Dupage Co. right? By year end, my place of employment is relocating there and so am I.)
A sense of humor is required. Can we laugh together at each other's imperfections? Hopefully you join me in believing that a little humor can make the best of any situation. Have you heard that one chuckle a day can keep the doctor away? A dry wit (or wine) is appreciated. He who laughs...lasts!
Do you own a tool belt, know how to use what's on it and have a garage full of ideas? Think grilling is thrilling? Can you dish a house specialty?
Easy going but responsible guy, do you mean what you say and can you say what you mean?
Do you play fair?
TALLER than my refrigerator?
Bigger than a breadbox? A little meat on the bones is more to love. This can apply to you AND whats on the grill.
I love sharing a little conversation (a lot is even better). Mutual interests are important to share but we are never too old to learn something new, right? So suggest away!
If your mother taught you manners and your profile states you will open door's for ladies then you also know its polite to reply ALWAYS, and anticipate you have learned the Golden rule as well. A "thanks but no thanks is fine." Really.
...It ought to be easy ought to be simple enough
Man meets woman and they fall in love
But the house is haunted and the ride gets rough
And you've got to learn to live with what you can't rise above if you want to ride on down in through this tunnel of love...
