I grew up in Shanghai, China, and immigrated to the States when I was 10. My family moved around a lot while we were getting settled: Illinoise, New Mexico, Texas, Arizona, Michigan...etc, so I got the travel bug early. For college, I went to Arizona State Uni; yes, for the parties, but I also got two degrees, so it wasn't all a penny pitcher drunkfest. Following school, my job had me traveling quite a bit; been to most countries in Asia, Southeast Asia, Horn of Africa, and then some. So, I'd consider myself well traveled, but there's always more to see. Some of my fondest memories are SCUBA diving in Okinawa, climbing Mt Fuji x 3, participating in the tsunami relief in 2005/2006 in Thailand, seeing acacia trees in Africa, and of course hiking in the Arizona desert. My favorite book is Atlas Shrugged, favorite band is Dave Matthews, and favorite movie is Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. I'd like to meet some new people to hangout with, and if it leads to something, awesome! If not, who couldn't use more friends? Time is short, but the only thing worst is wasting it.
