I'm not looking for dating right now, but new friends are always welcome :)
Just started working for a building maintenance company doing office work. Not much else to say about that. The rest of my time is spent with friends and volunteering.
Like everyone else, I like to think I'm pretty original. However, the truth is, I'm probably not. There are a thousand things I could say to describe myself, and there are probably ten-thousand other people that would use those same adjectives. I guess I may as well try though!
I enjoy trying new things and pushing my boundaries to work past my fears. I love any type of live music or theatre. People with any type of artistic ability fascinate me, since I am seriously lacking in that department. I would probably make a wicked housewife, but I would get way too bored to do it full-time. I adore cooking elaborate meals for friends and family, putting together a sweet picnic for the beach, or just kicking back having peanutbutter & banana sandwiches while watching 80's movies.
I grew up in Vernon, BC. Supposedly this provided me with a lot of opportunities that Vancouverites missed out on, such as milking a cow, participating in Grad Kidnapping (will explain upon request haha), moshing in tiny venues to live screamo bands at 15, singing out on a dock in the middle of the night with friends, shoveling the driveway every other day ALL winter, quadding through mudbogs on my friend's mountain, and many more...
I'm a nerd and I love travelling! Just two random things I thought should be noted.
I don't know who I'm going to meet on here, but I'm a very open person. New friends are great, relationships are fun, and even if we don't hit it off, I love learning about people's lifestories and their points of view.
