Hello, fellow fish! What can I say about myself? No matter how you try, it always ends up sounding like an odd list of boasts (just imagine saying these things out loud!), so I'll try to keep it short.
-I'm a creative person, working full-time in the music industry
-Do NOT live the typical musician lifestyle, except for being a night owl
-Aspiring Buddhist, but wow, it can be tough
-Don’t take myself too seriously
-Honest and loyal to a fault, and love my family/friends
-Somewhat of a homebody on my own, but love to go out and try new things with someone else
-Quite liberal (or independent) in my philosophy, and curious about the world
-Take good care of myself, including a healthy diet
-A somewhat bent sense of humour, and love to banter back and forth
-Know my way around a kitchen
I'm looking for the same basic things as anyone else...honesty, intelligence, humour, empathy, a "spark", etc. A sharp wit and outgoing personality are the two biggest plusses from my perspective. I'd be lying if I said that looks aren't an important factor, but they certainly aren't the ONLY thing, and I don't have a specific "type". I am a little shy at first, but will quickly warm up to someone if I sense a connection. Oh, and bonus points if you dig “LOST”; it’s the only show that I've followed in the past five years, besides the golden trio of Jon Stewart, Stephen Colbert and Craig Ferguson.

Depends on the season: Ice skating or a visit to the AGO/ROM in the winter, biking in High Park or an afternoon exploring Kensington/St. Lawrence Market during the spring, grabbing the ferry to the Islands in the heat of the summer, or a thought-provoking movie and walk among the fall colours.
