About Me
hmmm...what to say? well, to begin, I'm extremely excited that I just celebrated my 50th Birthday...looking forward to what the next 50 years will bring! Life is so unpredictable and exciting!
First half of my life--Jersey Girl, born and raised...Couldn't be more proud of that...
Second half of my life--Farm Girl, loving mom and devoted wife...cherished memories...
Third half of my life-- ? But God knows, and that's why I look forward to it with such anticipation! It can only be more remarkable...
Listen to the song "If I had a Million Dollars" by The Bare Naked Ladies...Such a happy song, quite silly actually, but it amusingly parellels my life! Of course I've never had a million dollars, but I've been blessed with an odd and diverse "simple" life--and have actually had nearly everything mentioned in the song. A house, emus, llamas, fur coats, a monkey, tree forts, K-cars, green dresses. Yes, very simple, humble items, (especially if there was a million dollars) but for myself and my children, we were more than content! That's what the song is about--being happy with the simple and fun things in life! I don't own a Picasso or a Limousine as mentioned in the song, but I do own a Peter Max (which I believe to be just as cool) and a Chevy Cavelier, which is far more environmentally loving than a limo! They mention John Merrick's remains in the song too, but if YOU would appreciate having those, please don't message me! I agree with never eating Kraft Macaroni and Cheese again...I DO enjoy FINE meals! (although I also enjoy barbeques!)
I believe that life shouldn't be a drama, never so serious, never depressing...it should be a light-hearted romantic comedy, based in reality, but with plenty of smiles, giggles and a touch of adventure...to celebrate and enjoy life accompishments.
A smile-whether it be one of happiness, approval, pride, gratefulness, compassion, or love--can move the world and endear one to another for eternity. Yet laughter and smiles alone can't create a romance or bind love.
A true gentleman (and lady) posess many positive character traits: ambition, charm, diligence, consideration, faithfulness, dependability, and most importantly--devotion, honesty, and respect. When any of these are lacking, drama lies in wait.
I hope to find a gentleman to enjoy and share my next 50 years with, to make happy, love, and honor. One who will show me the respect, love, and honor I too deserve...
to share hugs with, dance with, even play scrabble with! To enjoy everything we each enjoy and what life has to bring us--together...

First Date
Taking a drive then a leisurely stroll through Watkin's Glenn, enjoying a picnic lunch by one of the gorgeous falls or rock formations there, talking and getting to know each other. Then, probably, ending a wonderful day by me losing my step, sliding all the way down a hill, and being completely covered with mud... :)
