I'm both profound and profoundly silly. I'm hoping to meet someone who, like me, has a penchant for creating ridiculously fun spontaneous adventures. I live on a horse ranch where I'm working full-time on a book project.
I'm charming, worldly, diversely educated, and with the right lady, boldly flirtatious. I have an affinity for organic sustainable locally grown delicious food. I love to cook or prepare raw, especially for an appreciative audience. I like to soak for too long in a hot tub, check out bluegrass festivals, and take breathtaking photographs of nature. I'm well-traveled, with a resumé that includes India, Kashmir, Peru, Australia, Greece, Cyprus, the Middle East, and a bike tour across Ireland's West Coast.
I love to listen. I'm attentive, passionate, kind, and intuitive. Several friends and past partners have been spreading this crazy rumor that I'm "a great catch." What lurid gossip! References available.
(Hi, I'm an ex editing his profile to offer a reference! Ladies, he’s intuitive, passionate, sweet, a great communicator, a deviser of wickedly good times, and very generous in the ways that count…he may spoil you rotten. Seriously. Get to know this man. - From rhapsodyngreen, another dating site member.)
I'm into counter culture, alternative arts, and hang out with a variety of creative communities. I dig all kinds of live music, especially jazz.
I love to sweat and move my body with cycling, Yoga, hiking, swimming. I work out regularly at the YMCA.
I'm a fan of various festivals like Strawberry Music and Symbiosis. Hoping to go to Water Woman next year. Been to Burning Man several times, most recently camped with Red Lightning exploring the theme of gender alchemy. I wrote a cover story about Black Rock City for the Sierra Club magazine.
I am passionate, caring, and adventurous
what I'm doing with my life:
I call myself a wordsmith; I like to play with, arrange, and compose words into stories about social justice, the environment, and personal transformation. On the side, I offer private mediation and communication coaching using NVC (www.cnvc.org). I'm an activist and am involved in a variety of campaigns to make the world a better place.
I'm a member of The Men's Circle. We support each other in living our life purposes. It's an excellent source of friendship and brotherhood. We challenge each other to grow, evolve, and live in integrity.
