About Me
I just recently moved to Calgary from BC where I grew up to go to work and go to school. I'm hoping to start school for the 2011 Fall semester for IT - Computer Systems Major.
Having moved to a new city and a new province I am looking for some new friend connections.
I'm a gamer. I really enjoy the Final Fantasy series, as well as Metroid, Zelda, and Mario. I do enjoy a variety of different games for all consoles, some of my favorite games are actually classics from the NES and N64 Generations.
I also play World of Wowcraft.
Lately my days off have been filled with exploring Calgary, and I am loving the city so far; being from small-town BC the city is something brand new to me. I just started getting into geocaching around my area of town.
I smoke marijuana regularily. I figure that I should get it out in my profile so that if you, the reader, are opposed to marijuana (if you don't smoke, that's fine, but if you don't smoke and have a problem with people who do, that's not) you can naviagate away from my profile.
Currently I am voluntarily writing an article bi-monthly for a student newspaper at UBC-Okanagan. I am also trying to start a comic that I would eventually like to develop into a web comic.
My music is very diverse. Most times if someone asks if I like a certain artist, if I haven't heard of them I will more than likely seek out some of their music.
