About Me
I'm one of those rare people actually born in Vancouver. I spent some time in California during my younger years... we had a place with a swimming pool, which was awesome, I splashed around in the pool a lot back then. I came back when I was in grade 6. I did my high school in Van, followed by a year of cooking school and a year of learning that I prefer eating over cooking for others... I did my undergrad up in Prince George (hate the town, love the U).
I ended up back down in the lower mainland for a year of acting school, sadly I am a bad actor... My last bit of school was law school at UBC. In the end Vancouver is my home, probably forever.
I enjoy traveling, but haven't had the adventurous partner I want to travel with yet. I have been to France, Costa Rica, and the Caribbean. I Alberta, love the beaches in Barbados. I have also travelled the west coast of North america, most of BC, some of Alberta, Quebec City and Montreal. Last summer I got to hang out in Prague for a few weeks.
I love food and Vancouver is one of the best cities in the world for it. I enjoy cooking for my friends but won't say no to a good meal out.
I enjoy being outside as long as it isn't pouring rain, whether its just wandering around or playing sports, or sitting on a patio drinking and people watching.
I have a sarcastic sense of humour, I can take it as well as dish it out if you do too. The longer you know me, the funnier I am.
I like trying new things, going to new restaurants and pubs, trying new activities and sports. I'm interested in trying to learn to dance better, be it salsa, two step, ballroom or whatever - I mostly just flail around on the dance floor for now, but I do have fun doing it :)
I am looking for someone who is active, kind, talkative (I'm a listener), sensual and someone who solves problems rather than bottles them up. I also find that despite the fact I am happy to pay for most things, if my partner expects it that is a big turn off.
