A propos de moi
One reason to put off doing a profile is the challenge to make it actually sound more interesting than the others. I think that's the reason so many people seem to list all the outdoor activities they can; generally listing the outdoors as an interest itself. Well, while I enjoy doing things that happen to be outdoors, such as going to a ballgame, does that make the outdoors an activity? I have to go outdoors to go to a restaurant, so does that count as an outdoor activity too?
Well, if leaving the house qualifies as liking the outdoors, I think I can now say, I love the outdoors.....don't love 100 temperatures though so let's put Dairy Queen down for today's outdoor activity.
Other outdoor activities I enjoy are going to movies, most types of sport (and let's be realistic, it's not a dealbreaker if you don't care for sport), listening to live music, so long as it isn't country, casino trips, whitewater, weekend trips in general,renting a movie to take home and traveling home from work. Hey, I can even talk when I'm outdoors, so let's put conversation down as an outdoor activity I participate in and enjoy.
And you may be asking why I consider myself not to be average? Well, from what I gather actually being the height, weight and age I list makes me rather unusual in that respect along with actually using a recent photograph.
There is a lot more too, but if I told you it would take away the surprise.
