Acerca de mí
I'm often the sweet funny girl who is "such a good friend". I'm ready to be a bit more than that to someone. I am faithful that God will provide that someone at some point in the future. I've never been married and don't have any children. I just moved back to Maryland after spending 8 years living in the midwest. I'm pretty random and can be witty from time to time. I am often a fountain of utterly useless but often hysterical information, that leads family and friend to say "Why," not how, but why, "do you know that?". Maybe I'll be on Jeopardy one day and the category will be "Foods that begin with "Q"". Who knows.
Some of my Favorite Things (at random of course):
Movies: The Shawshank Redemption, Glory, The Princess Bride, Driving Miss Daisy- Notice that these are all movies that star either Carly Elwes or Morgan Freeman... one of those movies actually features both of them!!! Extra points if you know which one!
TV: I don't have one. But there are some shows that sound very interesting that I would watch if I had one. Note: I am not a fan of reality tv... I live in reality... I don't have to watch it.
Reading: I read a good deal online but do still appreciate actual newspapers and magazines. As far as books go I just read whatever I feel like. It does tend to be non-fiction but I'm definitely not opposed to fiction. I just finished the Stephen King memoir/instructional writing book called On Writing. Just before that I read Heavy Words Lightly Thrown by Chris Roberts. I'm currently reading Giovanni's Room by James Baldwin as well as Guns, Germs and Steel by Jared Diamond.
There are other things to say... I'm just not sure about what you'd like to hear. So ask.

Roller skating or ice skating! I'm not particularly good at either so it would be a fun challenge. I’m a bit of a nerd so a museum visit or historical tour would be nice too.
