Contacted by HR or Recruiter If you’re a match for the role, either HR or a recruiter will contact you to set up a time for a phone interview.
Phone Interview This interview assesses your fit with POF and your role-related proficiencies. The purpose of this interview is to determine if you will be brought in for an onsite interview.
Technical Interview A technical interview is done for technical roles to assess your knowledge of your craft.
Onsite Interview In your onsite interview you will get a tour of the POF space and you will meet with a manager and a peer. You will also meet with our COO.
After the interview Following your interview we will decide if you are suitable for the position. Most times it doesn’t take us more than a day or two to determine if you are suited for the role. Either way, HR or a Recruiter will follow up with the final decision.
